All our gift baskets are designed, made onsite and
dispatched from our premises in Blenheim.
We take great pride in all our arrangements and we
like to add a personal touch to everything we create.
All gift baskets that are destined for courier delivery
throughout New Zealand are packed into recycled
cardboard cartons most likely a nappy box as we
have many of these around!

All Gift orders place before 12.30pm are usually
despatched on the same day, unless product purchase
states differently.

Please ensure you have supplied the correct delivery address details. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, and cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses which have been supplied, or non-delivery due to addresses without safe access. We recommend that you supply the recipient’s phone number if possible to assist with any delivery queries.

We always do our best to have your gift delivered on the day requested but please note that the couriers do not pick up parcels during the weekend or on public holidays; any orders placed very late on Friday afternoon or during weekend hours cannot be dispatched before Monday. Please note there are no deliveries on public holidays.

Freight times & charges

$8 nationwide, $14 Rural per item unless otherwise stated
on the gift that you are purchasing.

North Island

Delivery usually within 2-3 working days (Mon-Friday)

South Island

Orders are usually delivered the next working day if placed by 12.30 p.m. (Mon-Friday), but the couriers cannot guarantee this.

Saturday delivery

Deliveries are not normally made over the weekend, so orders received during this time will be picked up for delivery the next working day.

Blenheim residents

We are able to offer a $5.00 delivery charge for Saturday or Sunday delivery

For delivery to all rural areas allow an additional 1-3 days depending on courier schedules. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO OVERNIGHT DELIVERY SERVICE FOR RURAL DELIVERIES.

While we make every effort to ensure your gift arrives on the day requested, we cannot guarantee either the time or day of delivery, Non-performance by the courier to deliver on a specific day or at a specific time will not result in a refund of any sort for any reason.

Urgent deliveries

Pick ups

We do allow pickups in the Blenheim area. All orders outside of the Blenheim area are delivered by courier.

Hospital deliveries

Please ensure you have the correct name & address of the hospital, ward number and correct name of the patient. It is important to note there can be lengthy delays between the courier delivering the gift to the hospital and the gift then being transferred to the patient by a hospital orderly. We strongly recommend that you consider sending any gifts to the recipient’s home address to ensure they receive it safely.

Pre-Order

Ever been in a situation where you realized at the last minute you needed a gift but just didn’t have the time or worse you just forgot completely? Now you don’t need to worry! It’s easy!!! We do all the work for you and we will remind you that your important date is approaching in case you need to prepare any additional surprises.

Contact us for an order form hello@giftsisters.co.nz All you need to do is fill in the details and return it to us, then you are all done. Two weeks prior to the occasion we will send you an invoice for payment. This will then in turn remind you and give you a change to make any necessary changes that may be required. All payments will need to have cleared before gifts can be sent or delivered. We can also tailor a payment plan to suit your requirements. This service can be cancelled at any stage.
